Do you accept returns?

We accept sales within 15 days of receipt date, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hi@shopseries.co for further instructions. Return fee applies and vary based on location.
In addition, we love seeing how you are upcycling, gifting, donating, or re-selling as a way to extend the life-cycle of the piece!

How do I track my order?

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

How do I know if the clothing is in good condition?

Series has extremely strict quality standards and is committed to selling the highest-quality used clothing possible. Items with stains, tears, fading or pilling are rejected and lighter wear + tear marks are called out in the item description.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Our team works quickly to process orders in a timely manner, so the window to cancel an order once it's submitted is brief. Any cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and must be submitted to our Customer Service team.

Does Series charge sales tax?

Series collects sales tax on orders shipped to all U.S. jurisdictions that require the company to do so. Sales tax rates are specific to the zip code the order is being shipped to.

Can I place an order from outside the U.S.?

Currently, we ship orders to all 50 U.S. states. Keep an eye out as we look to open up to more countries as soon as we can!
